What Hello Poko Is

Hello Poko is a casual wellness reflection app. It offers light check-ins about food, movement, mindset, and rest. It is designed to feel simpler than calorie counting, step counting, food logging, or workout tracking.

What Hello Poko Is Not

Hello Poko is not medical care, therapy, dietetics, personal training, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Do not use Hello Poko as a substitute for professional advice. If you feel unsafe or may hurt yourself, contact emergency services or crisis support immediately. In the U.S., you can call or text 988.

Your Content

You are responsible for the content you enter. You give Hello Poko permission to process your content so the app can provide check-ins, summaries, reports, exports, and account features.

Subscriptions

Hello Poko may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices, trial availability, and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Hello Poko does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your Hello Poko account and saved app data, subject to backup, security, legal, and operational requirements.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, overload the backend, reverse engineer private APIs, or use the app for unlawful activity.

Changes

These terms may change as Hello Poko moves toward public launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
